We create, deliver, and manage analytics solutions in all areas including Finance, Risk, Marketing, HR, IT, Audit, Logistics, AML, Clinical Trials, Life Sciences and Platform Support. Our staff are based throughout Europe and currently operate remotely. ISx4 have an ambitious hiring plan for the next three years with new hires at all levels to support the strategic growth of the firm.

The Role

We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager, with experience in the digital, data and technology world. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of project management, including the direction, planning and budgeting, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects while ensuring consistency with overall strategy, commitments, and goals. You will gain fantastic experience working in the cloud with data analytics, AI and Machine Learning. The successful candidate will have 10 plus years of working with data projects, including leading teams and presenting business outcomes to key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Successfully manage relationships with the client and partner organisation.
• Lead and coordinate project planning, resourcing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and budget management.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management (CXO) levels.
• Manage services related revenue target including opportunity pipeline/funnel development, risk assessment, cost/benefit analysis as well as forecast signed services revenue and resource requirements for proposed services engagements.
• Communicate and track regularly on the status of project goals by ensuring project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
• Monitor performance and recommend changes to the plan, cost and resource allocations.
• Provide direction and support to project team to ensure accomplishment of agreed upon goals, objectives, and deadlines.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff while managing resource availability and allocation.
• Report on progress of project to all stakeholders by presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Manage ongoing services engagements as well as generate new services revenue resulting from continuous engagements with assigned customers.
• Responsible for success of analytics initiatives, programmes or functions of assigned customers through continuous customer engagement.
• Build long-term relationships through competence, trust and credibility with stakeholders and executives across the customer's organization.

Qualifications/Experience

• 10 plus years working experience as a Senior Project Manager.
• Knowledge of data management and transformation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar area.
• Ability to lead project teams and gain consensus.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse solutions for the project and internal customers.
• Ability to design and support improvement processes.
• Ability to manage budgeting process and analyse budget performance.
• Ability to travel, as needed.

Personal Skills

Core Technical Skills

• Standard best practice project management skills and an ability to flex and align with customer preferred project management approach including agile methodologies, underpinned with an understanding of data analytics benefit realisation.
• Expert with Microsoft suite of standard technologies.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarisation with data and analytics projects to include, e.g., python, R, IBM Watson, tableau, Power BI and other industry standard technologies.
• Familiar with the concept behind the use of DevOps tools such as Git/Azure DevOps/Jenkins/Docker/Kubernetes.
• Familiar with the concepts of working with Cloud Service Providers (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Fluent in French.
