Reporting to the COO, the candidate will be responsible for managing all COO-related activities that pertain to Finance and Business Operations, while supporting the COO and CEO in a wide range of management activities.
Broadly, the responsibilities of the role are determined by a mix of specific events, specific dates and a significant amount of ad hoc issues requiring a timely, well thought out resolution. The COO is responsible for all operational areas of the business, including HR, Finance, Payroll, risk management, contract management, governance, banking, policies and procedures, Accounts Payable & Receivable, execution on strategic initiatives and communication. ISx4 is at a point where the COO is required to be more focused on strategy and international expansion so a new position has been created to take over most of the existing responsibilities.
